Manaar Profile Update Request

Send Email – opens your default email app (e.g., Gmail or Outlook)
Copy and Send Manually. – use if the Send Email button doesn't work. Click on "Copy and Send Manually" button then click on the email address and paste it in to the email body.

Manaar Account Activation Checklist

1. Have you verified your email address by clicking the confirmation link?

If No: Please check your inbox or spam folder for a verification email and complete the email verification.
If Yes: Proceed to question 2.

2. On what date you completed the email verification?. Has it been more than 3 working days since your email confirmation?

If No: Your account activation might in approval process. Please wait up to 3 working days for your account activation.
If Yes:

Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email that contain your login access deitails.
Alternatively, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

3. If none of the above worked, then send your request to Technical Team

Only continue the request if:

You already verified your email through the verification link more than 3 working days ago, and
You are still unable to log in or reset the password, or haven’t received credentials.

Then: Select "Yes" on below question "Did you completed the above steps" to forward your request to the technical support team for further investigation.
